David Siddall reaches its 30th exhibition, dedicated to the most intimate and personal craft of painting, the exhibition provides for the 'display of 30 pages extracted from the personal diaries of' artist. Drafts, sketches and trip notes represent the study before the birth of each painting, the constant search that gives meaning to 'finished work.
The personality of a painter and his stylistic choices, as expressed in her paintings, can be understood only by knowing that he is pursuing research in newspapers and 'constant observation.
